David B. Haber
Mr. Haber was raised in Miami Beach, Florida, and graduated from Miami Beach Senior High School in 1977. He went on to the University of Florida, where he graduated in 1981 with high honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He was also a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 1984, Mr. Haber graduated from the University of Florida College of Law with honors. This history has led to Mr. Haber having a very good understanding of Miami's multi-ethnic cultures and its unique geographic and strategic location at the gateway to South America.
During law school, Mr. Haber clerked for the Chief Judge of the Miami-Dade court system, Circuit Judge Gerald T. Wetherington. After graduating from the Law School at the University of Florida with high honors, Mr. Haber clerked for the chief judge of the Third District Court of Appeal in Florida, Alan R. Schwartz. Thereafter, Mr. Haber commenced his civil litigation career working at a prestigious downtown Miami AV-rated law firm with former Florida Attorney General Robert Shevin, who subsequently served as an appellate court judge at the Third District Court of Appeals prior to his recent death. Mr. Haber also had the pleasure of being mentored by Ursula M. Ungaro-Benages, now a Federal District Court Judge.

Recipient, Dade County Voluntary Bar Association 1992 Pro Bono Award; Recipient, 1993 Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Award, 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida.
